Network / 03
The whole network, from the outside.
Verified readings roll up into regional cells. The cells become a surface you can read: where the internet is fast, where it is unstable, and where nobody has measured at all.
Drag to rotate. Click a region.
Regions
Every cell currently in the sample.
Sorted by measured quality. In a live network this table is the dataset, filtered.

Sample dataEvery figure on this page is generated for interface development. No measurements have been taken, so no region on this map has been measured.
Filters
What the map will be filterable by.
-
Network class
Fibre, cable, DSL, 5G, 4G and satellite, so a city is never averaged across connections that behave nothing alike.
-
Operator
The network the reading was taken on, where enough independent devices reported to make the cell meaningful.
-
Time window
Last hour through last thirty days, because peak-hour behaviour is the thing most reports hide.
These controls are not wired up yet. They are listed here so the shape of the surface is clear, and so it is obvious what the dataset has to carry for them to work.
